Sundays and public holidays are excluded from processing timelines.
New launches, festive collections, combo offers, or promotional items may require up to 3 business days for dispatch.

South India Shipping – Faster delivery for selected southern states.
Pan India Shipping – Delivery service available across India.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are automatically calculated at checkout based on:

Delivery location and serviceability
Applicable shipping promotions or offers

Delivery Duration

Estimated delivery time is generally 6–10 business days after dispatch.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on courier availability, destination location, weather conditions, and logistics operations.

Remote & Serviceable Areas

If your location is serviceable only through India Post or remote-area courier partners, dispatch and delivery may require an additional 3–5 business days.

Returned Shipments (RTO)

In case a shipment is returned to origin (RTO) due to incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, customer unavailability, refusal to accept delivery, or any customer-related reason:

The order cannot be cancelled once shipped.
No refund will be provided for returned shipments.
Customers must bear both return shipping and reshipping charges for re-delivery.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared through email, SMS, or WhatsApp, enabling you to monitor your shipment status in real time.

Logistics Support

In exceptional cases involving courier delays, lost shipments, or logistics-related issues, Siya Studio will coordinate with courier partners and provide necessary assistance.
